What areas do you deliver to?

We proudly deliver to the Tampa Bay Area — focused mainly on South Tampa and other select surrounding communities. If you’re unsure wether we deliver to your location, just reach out and we’ll confirm right away!

If you order from an area that is outside of our delivery zone we will get in contact with you immediately.

How does the delivery process work?

Once you place your order, our friendly Evergreen Express team carefully prepares your tree for transport. We then reach out to confirm your order and set up a time that perfectly accommodates your schedule. About an hour before your delivery time we’ll text you to remind you of your appointment. We’ll bring it straight to your home, place it where you’d like, and make sure it’s standing beautifully — all without you lifting a finger.

How soon will my tree arrive?

We operate on a first come first serve schedule, but we work to find a time that works for both parties as close to the date the order is placed as possible. During peak season we become quite busy, so we recommend ordering soon!

Do you set the tree up for me?

Yes! Two of our associates arrive ready and willing to set up the tree perfectly to your specifications. We’ll position it, secure it in the stand, and make sure it’s perfectly straight and picture-ready — Just in time for those family Christmas card pictures!

How should I care for my tree once its delivered?

Firstly, we recommend our tree growth serum, which comes free with any tree order of 8 feet or higher. Keep your tree watered daily and away from direct heat sources such as vents or fireplaces. With regular watering, and a bit of our growth serum, your tree will stay fresh, fragrant, beautiful, and full all season long!

Can I schedule my delivery for a specific date?

Absolutely! We offer scheduled delivery for all of our trees. You pick an available day and time for setup. However, our dates work on a first come first serve basis, so we recommend ordering early because they fill up quick!
